This policy explains how Quartier Français handles information when you browse our property catalogue, contact our team or use a private account.
Last updated: 6 September 2026We process the phone number used to sign in, profile details you choose to provide, saved properties, comparisons, visit and support requests, notification preferences, and reservation or payment records created when you request those services.
We also receive limited technical information needed to secure the service, such as session, device and request data. We do not enable advertising analytics or location tracking in the current app.
We use this information to provide the service you request, keep your account secure, answer enquiries, arrange visits, maintain reservations, and meet legal and financial record obligations. Service messages follow your communication preferences where they are optional.
Application data is hosted on infrastructure selected by Quartier Français. Domain and network providers may process limited technical data to deliver the service. We share customer information only with authorised staff and service providers needed to fulfil a request, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
You can edit your profile and communication preferences from your account. Account deletion removes profile data, saved homes, comparisons, notifications and support conversations, and detaches visit, lead, reservation and payment records from your identity. Records that must be kept for legal, security or financial reasons remain de-identified for the required period.
