How to delete
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, read the confirmation and select Delete permanently. In the mobile app, the same action is available under Account.

You can permanently delete a customer account from the website or mobile app without contacting support.

Your sign-in sessions are revoked immediately. Your phone number, name, email, saved homes, comparisons, notifications and support conversations are removed. Visit and lead contact fields are redacted. Reservation and payment records that must remain for operational or legal reasons are detached from your identity.
